What took place on October 1, 1982? Hopefully you said the grand opening of EPCOT. EPCOT or Experimental Prototype Community of Tomorrow is one of our four theme parks at the Walt Disney World Resort. The Garden Grill Restaurant opened with the park and continues to serve thousands of our guests daily. Garden Grill has been top-rated for its comfort food, character experiences, and unique atmosphere.
Feel Good Food
We know many of EPCOT’s eateries are quite eccentric and diverse, but not Garden Grill. Garden Grill is the perfect dining destination for travelers with small children, picky eaters, or those who desire traditional, American cuisine. Garden Grill has a fixed menu as the food is served family style. At the start of the meal, each table is provided with a bowl of “Harvest Inspired Garden Salad” and bread with butter. This appetizer is followed with an all-you-can-eat skillet filled with:
- All-natural sliced turkey breast
- Creamy mashed potatoes
- French fries
- Macaroni & cheese
- Herb and leek stuffing
- Seasonal Vegetables
- Grilled beef with Chimichurri
If you can dig up enough room for dessert, you may enjoy our “Berry Short Cake.” Beverages are included in the price of the meal. Although we have a fixed menu at this location, we are able to accommodate dietary needs and offer substitutions.
Memorable Character Experiences
Garden Grill is the only restaurant in EPCOT where our guests have the opportunity to dine with Mickey Mouse, Pluto, Chip, and Dale. Mickey and Pluto meet in their farming attire which matches perfectly with the restaurant’s garden theme. This character dining experience is a fantastic opportunity to snap a picture with these pals so you can skip park lines later!

Garden Grill makes itself comfortable inside of The Land pavilion in Future World. Garden Grill is the only restaurant on property that rotates in a full circle throughout the course of your meal. Guests may enjoy scenic views of our attraction, Living With The Land while they dine.
